We do not sell, rent or share any information about our customers with other individuals or companies. Any information you provide to us is confidential.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, notify consumers about updates to our site and to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
Order and Payment Policy
At this time, the only way to order products from Blissable.com is online through our website. We currently do not take orders over the telephone or by mail. We do not have a printed catalogue. In addition, we only accept payment for an order through our website by credit card. We do not accept cash, money orders or checks. Please do not mail any order requests to our PO Box as we will not be responsible.
Return Policy
If we sent you the wrong item or you are missing an item (and it does not say it has been back-ordered), please call or email us immediately and we will take care of it.
In the event of a defective item, you must return the unused product with its complete packaging. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only. Defective videos or DVDs will be replaced with the exact same title only. There is a 12-day return policy on all items. Contact us and we will tell you how and where to ship the return.
Unless a product is defective, we cannot accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons, including serious health and sanitation issues, therefore, all sales are final. (Personal use products include all sex toys, novelties, body jewelry, lingerie, oils, lubricants, condoms, etc.)
Once a product has been worn or used, it cannot be returned because of size or fit. Also, a product cannot be returned because it "does not meet expectations." In these cases, we suggest that you try contacting the manufacturer of the product.
Again, all sales are final. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been delivered to you.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that once you place an order, it is not possible to cancel it unless you notify us before the order has been processed for shipping (generally within 2-3 hours of placing your order). We deliver from several warehouses and they ship thousands of orders at a time. In most cases, we are not able to intercept a specific order once it has been sent out for shipping.
Undeliverable or refused orders will be charged shipping costs (delivery and return) plus a 15% restocking fee.

Since state laws pertaining to adult content are constantly changing, Blissable.com cannot be held responsible if you choose to order adult materials into an area that places restrictions on them.
Shipping Information
All US packages are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (excluding Alaska and Hawaii which must be shipped 2nd Day Air). Orders for products are processed within 12 hours, and are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Out of stock items may take additional time to ship. Express shipping may be available but can be expensive depending on how large your order is.
Orders are only processed on business days (excluding holidays). For example, if you place an order at 7 PM on Friday night it will not be processed until Monday. In addition, the shipping carriers do not deliver on the weekends.
Normal transit time for packages being shipped within the Continental US is typically 5 to 10 days. However, this is not a guaranteed service, meaning no guarantee is made as to how long it will take to get to you.
When packages are sent overseas, the items enclosed must be described for Customs. We do so as discreetly as possible.
Shipping Rates
The shipping charges are based on weight, how the order is shipped (i.e. ground or air) and where the package is going. Shipping costs are usually $7.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item, but may be slightly higher for larger or heavy items. Shipping charges for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will also be higher (typically $20 more) because they must be shipped 2nd Day Air. You will be able to verify your shipping charges on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
If you wish to have your order "express-shipped" or shipped over-night, please call or email us for shipping information and rates.

We regret that at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States. Please contact us if you require more information.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to local, state, and regional laws, we do NOT ship DVDs and certain novelties to the locations listed below. If these restrictions apply to you, we apologize and urge you to write your local representative to overturn these ridiculous laws!

Backordered Items
We make every effort to ensure that the items that you have ordered are available at the time you place your order. However, occasionally items do go “out-of-stock” and a delay in shipping can occur. Backordered items are generally restocked within a few days. However, we will notify you if we anticipate a longer delay with your order.
If we have tried to notify you regarding a backordered item and we cannot reach you or you do not respond, we may remove the backordered item from your order and ship the order without that item. We will then credit your account for the amount of the backordered item, which has been removed from the order. Once your account has been credited for the backordered item, then we will no longer consider that item part of your order.
We do reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our web site if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason.
